A native of Kiev, At age of 26 Vladimir became principal conductor and composer for the Ukrainian National TV and Radio Orchestra, Kiev. In 1981 Vladimir came to New York, where he had the opportunity to work with George Benson, Michael Brecker, Marcus Miller and veteran composer Jerry Goldsmith. Orchestrating for and studying with the Master, Vladimir further refined his art of film scoring.
